This pool-type arrangement is commonly described as a "loan pool" of secured loans that is serviced and run by KIG for the Promissory Note owner or manager. DELINQUENT LOAN POOLS Investors buy pools of non-performing loans, then KIG does the aggressive collection, modification, etc., to get the loans re-performing or forecloses and sells the properties.
